We genuinely appreciate your understanding that once word count is allocated under a monthly subscription, we are unable to provide refunds. This is because we've already committed to and paid for the computational resources needed to process your text humanization requests. We encourage all users to try our free tier first to ensure our service meets your needs.

Annual Subscription Refund Policy

For annual subscriptions, our refund policy is based on word usage:

  • If you have used less than 1/3 of your annual word allocation, you are eligible for a refund of 2/3 of your annual subscription payment
  • If you have used more than 1/3 of your annual word allocation, we cannot provide a refund due to the computational resources already allocated
